A sign-up sheet will be posted 2 hours before the opening of the first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early. Ours will be the only list honored. You must be in line to be put on the list. One name per person, no holding spots (with boxes, bags or otherwise). No list will be used on any day besides the first day. Please return 10 minutes prior to opening. This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.

We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.

In addition to this, the house has a large collection of retro and vintage Computing and Video Game items, some that only come around every decade or so!
If you followed us on Instagram (@goldcoastestatesales) you would have seen the Original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) video games we have.
Dragon Warrior 1, 2 and 3 all in original shrinkwrap! These are not easy to come by and are not found often. Included in this collection are the games Skulls and Crossbones (also new in shrinkwrap), Total Recall (also new in shrinkwrap), and the beloved Ninja Gaiden II (opened but includes manual and cartridge cover).
Also in this house, you will find a total of Three (3) Commodore 64 computing systems.
One that is brand new in the box, another that works and has minor damage (power switch is stuck, but it stays on), and another that we can't get to work.
In addition to this is the Commodore 154I floppy disk driver, and of course a great collection of Commodore video games! Some of which we even tested on our Instagram!
Titles like:
Jupiter Mission, Top Gun, Flight Simulator, Archon II, Ultima IV, Moedius, Indiana Jones, ARDOK, Forbidden Forest, Slinky, and many more that are waiting to be discovered! As well as a great collection of software!
You will also find the Amiga 2000HD, the Commodore's older more robust cousin. Complete with mouse, keyboard, printer, screen, and original manual. Another very rare find that we can't wait to offer to you!
