-A signup sheet will go out 2 hours before to first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early. Patrons will be put on this list in order as they appear in line, one name per person, no holding spots with boxes or otherwise.
-Please be respectful of neighbors and keep conversation volume low.
-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Estate Sales LLC and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash, debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless the buyer can provide a valid resale license. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.

-No valuables are ever stored at the house, they are instead brought by Gold Coast Estate Sales the morning of the sale and whatever doesn't sell is brought back to a secure location.

The sale you have been waiting for is finally here! Absolutely packed with Mid Century, design, folk art, and tons and tons of crafting supplies! We had to shove this one into four days because there is just SO MUCH GOOD STUFF!
Parking will be VERY LIMITED at this sale, prepare for a bit of a walk. Also we advise that you bring your own bags, boxes, or something to hold your items.

While there is a LOT of everything in this house there is mostly crafts. In one room there is an entire wall of just crafts, serval rows and two deep of rubber stamps. Some of the crafts items and tools will be individually priced. Others though, since there is just so much volume, will be priced as categories, whether by size or type. This is the sale that you want to be at to get some great items at fair prices.
