-The electronic sign-in sheet will be available when the address is released 2-hours before the start of the sale, the electronic sign-in sheet will stop taking names at the start of the sale.

-Simply show your number on your phone when called and we will let you into the sale in the correct order, please have any guest you are bringing also get their own number.

-Please do not show up to the sale more than 30 minutes before the sale starts, you will not be admitted before the start of the sale.

-No electronic sign-in sheet will be used on any day other than the first day.

-Valuables ARE NOT kept on site and are instead brought to the property each morning of the sale.

-This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.

-Messages requesting prices or additional location directions before the sale will be respectfully ignored.
