A sign-up sheet will be posted 2 hours before the opening of the first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early. Ours will be the only list honored. You must be in line to be put on the list. One name per person, no holding spots with boxes, bags or otherwise. No list will be used on any day besides the first day. Please return 10 minutes prior to opening. This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.

Hello!, and welcome to another amazing Gold Coast Estate sale!

We have a real treat for you this week, this took a while to set up, longer to research, but it is going to be worth it when you see all the amazing items at this house!
Couple of things first and foremost:
As you can certainly see from the photos, about 95% of the records have fire damage to the covers, they were in a property at one time the suffered a fire. The homeowner had gone through them all and discarded the ones where the actual records were damaged to a point where they could not be played, and from the ones that we’ve checked, she’s done a very good job.
There are some REALLY COOL records here: lots of 70’s and 80’s, really rare Jazz Funk and Blues records, Japanese Jazz and Rock albums, as well as a collection of Children's records and some 7 inches.
You are sure to find some wonderful gems in here, but as they are a bit damaged from the fire we cannot ask full going price for them.
That being said, save for a handful of about 20 records or so and Classical Orchestra music (which will be $1 each and cheaper as the sale goes on) we will be doing a flat price for each record based on the day of the sale:
Thursday - $4 each record
Friday - $2 each record
Saturday -$1 each record (and less as the day goes on)
We believe this is the most fair way to both our customers and client. This will apply to all records besides the few individually priced, no bulk pricing or discounts until the last day. Yes, we know you shop with us all the time, yes we know you are our friend and really we appreciate the donuts, but we believe the prices at this time are very fair.
Also, please note we are going to be very strict about people building piles of records only to go through them later and put back half the stack, it’s unfair the people who had since left and didn’t get to look through the records that you but back. If you bring a record out of the box we will expect you to inspect it and decide before putting it in your pile. There will once again be no exceptions to this rule.
