-A signup sheet will go out 2 hours before to first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early. Patrons will be put on this list in order as they appear in line, one name per person, no holding spots with boxes or otherwise.

-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Estate Sales LLC and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash, debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless the buyer can provide a valid resale license. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.

Hello! Welcome to another incredible Gold Coast Estate Sale!
We have a beautiful sale for you this week, filled to the brim with beautiful handmade items.
Mary Genser, had her paintings and craft items sold in galleries, in a one-man-show through Foothills Art Association, at numerous art shows across the Southwest, and her “Pretty Pots” also sold in gift shops including at Disney World. Her paintings sold to buyers across the U.S. including a California governor, as well as in several foreign countries. She studied under Mona Mills, a fine artist whose works are featured in the Walter Foster how to paint series of books and whose art has been commissioned for murals in numerous public spaces, including Heritage of the Americas Museum and the San Diego County Library system. Raised on a farm, Mary painted in a realistic style had a passion for rural and nature scenes, as well as wildlife.
