Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash, debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless the buyer can provide a valid resale license. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.
-ALL OF GOLD COAST'S SALE PROPERTIES ARE MONITORED 24/7 BY DVR AND CLOUD BACKED-UP AUDIO/VIDEO SYSTEMS. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
-No valuables are ever stored at the house, they are instead brought by Gold Coast Estate Sales the morning of the sale and whatever doesn't sell is brought back to a secure location.

We will not be giving out cross streets for this sale before the address is listed.

Parking will be on the neighbors property, please follow signs. We encourage our friends to carpool if possible.

This house will be divided into four different sections, make sure you check out all four!:

Upstairs: this is where you will find a great collection of interesting furniture including that beautiful couch. It also has many books, tools, pottery, vintage lamps and more! It’s the room with the great big windows.

Downstairs: we have shoved tons more tools into this room, and it also has nautical and boat tools. This is where you will find the Apple IIe computer. There is also a room dedicated to only books, and well as a clothing room and this is where we will be keeping all of the sails!

Workshop: the large wooden dusty workshop. Housing most of the tools as well as the large machines. Lots of other goodies hidden inside here as well, just waiting to be discovered!

Outside: we’ve placed a large amount of furniture outside (covered and safe), there are also two 40’ shipping containers absolutely FULL of books, art, tools and furniture.
