Join Again L.A. in Silverlake for an exceptional Discovery Estate Sale experience this coming Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, December 15, 16, 17. and 18th, from 10am - 4pm Daily!

This is the 50+ Year Estate belonging to a gent who moved to Los Angeles from New York in the late 1970s - settling in this amazing 1930s era hilltop apartment in Silverlake! Our gent was a handsome guy with dreams of finding his destiny in Sunny Los Angeles.....he initially dreamed of becoming an actor and worked toward that goal for years as a bit player and extra. His side hustle eventually became his occupation as like many of us...our city puts us on the path we were meant to follow! He became a well respected painting contractor and had a successful career. And yes, he kept his headshots up to date as that original dream never quite passed!

Being the curious sort and a huge collector to boot...John held a wide array of interests - He loved tribal and cultural masks, sculptures, and carvings, Odd and Eclectic Collectibles, Vintage Advertising and Tins, Pottery, Mermaids, Girly Art and Erotica, Vintage Photos, Cigar Memorabilia, Vintage Furnishings, Vintage Kitchenware, Tons of Antique to Vintage Prints and Artworks, Tons of Books and Ephemera, and so Much More....His home is an amazing time capsule of his time in the city and all things that made him smile, peaked his interest, or was just too irresistibly weird to not acquire!

Our gent's decades long adventures in Los Angeles came to a quiet end a few weeks ago as he began his new journey. His collections need new homes and the apartment must be emptied by the holidays. The only way to get to that point is to open it up and invite fellow collectors in!! those that come will be able to shop the home as it was left and we will be pricing at check-out! All pricing will be at a lower price point than our normal sales as you guys are gonna have to work and find your treasures!

Bring a box, comfortable sturdy shoes, and be prepared to enter the amazing home of our actor...we have no doubt you will find a treasure!

TERMS: Cash or CC - No Venmo, Zelle, Etc, Sales Tax Applies to All

NOTE: This is a Discovery Sale - There was no time for organizing, research, or pricing as the sale had to be conducted immediately. We did tag furniture and larger items but the remainder will be priced at check-out.

On the first day if we have a huge line of people - a group of 30 will be admitted and shopping time will be limited to 30 minutes. While that group checks-out, another 30 will be admitted. This process will repeat until the line is gone in order to avoid excessively long waits. This is a small unit and cannot hold more people.

All pricing will be at a lower rate than our normal estate sales as there is a vast amount of items - and a very limited time period to empty the home.
