This weekend we will be selling the contents of well loved and very respected Beverly Hills High School Performing Arts Teacher Joel Pressman. Joel not only graduated from BHHS...he returned as an adult to teach at his alma mater. The BHHS Madrigals and Minnesingers were under his guidance as were the student stage productions. Loved and respected by his students - his influence lives on in those that chose careers in the arts and those that chose other paths. We invite you to attend the family estate and find a treasure or a memento of this most special man. Be prepared for an eclectic mix!

This is the estate of a gent devoted to his first love – music and theater. We have an absolutely amazing collection of sheet music and bound arrangements from the Masters of Classical to Jazz Arrangements to Jewish Folk Music to Stage Productions to just about everything you can imagine! The printings of these pieces date from the late 19th Century to Contemporary. There are also a number of introduction to voice, piano, violin, recorder, and other instruments perfect for other teachers! We have a number of musical instruments and recording equipment and accessories as well as computers, printers, and the other necessary equipment a teacher would need.

There is a large library of recorded classical, with jazz, big band, pop, Broadway, and other types of music in all formats – LP, CD, and Cassette.

As Mr. Pressman's focus was on his profession – this is definitely the home of a guy not to concerned with decorating....however, there are some nice decorative treasures to be found that he accumulated along the way. There are several wonderful upscale Reuge Swiss Music Boxes, a small set of Wallace Rosepoint Sterling Flatware, Silver Plate and Crystal, Glassware, and more!

There is quite a bit of BHHS memorabilia including a number of Annuals and Performing Arts Programs featuring several of the more famous BHHS Alum including Richard Dreyfus, Gina Gershon, Lenny Kravitz, Monica Lewinsky, and more! There are BHHS Sweats, Hoodies, and more! There are even a few video tapes and recordings of performances directed by Mr. Pressman.
