Numbers/Sign Up Sheet Policy: We do not have an official list. We do not believe in night before lists as they are unfair. Our policy has always been first come first serve - First person there starts a list and stays. Same for the second and third and so on. If you arrive in the wee hours (we ask you to be quiet) and discover a BS list and no one around...you have our blessing to trash the list. We will utilize whatever list the group gives us in the morning. Thank you.

This week Again L.A. is back on Maryland between Crescent Heights and San Vicente! This stunning cottage features an interesting mix of fun collectibles, nice quality newer furnishings mixed with vintage Regency, a great antique upright piano, lots of practical household and garage, and who knows what else you will find tucked away! The father dabbled in electronics and we have a lot of components and vintage Apple Computer items as well. The sale will run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 17, 18, and 19th from 10am - 4pm daily!
We normally provide a back story to the estate - but the family has elected for a more private liquidation....we can tell you they have occupied the home for near 40 years, rearing their children and enjoying live as active members of the Los Angeles community... and now with the passing of their parents - the children have selected the mementos they wish to keep and hope to find the array of great items new homes!
