Again L.A. - Brentwood Estate & Demo Sale - Incredible Items - All Must Go!

Hi Guys!

This week Again L.A. is pleased to present an incredible sale in Brentwood! This is the estate of a lang married couple who had an incredible life together – and are now reunited. They had no immediate family and never had children….so a trusted family friend was left their estate and there was very little that he or his family needed or wanted….so boy, do we have a full houseful of treasures for you to shop! :-)

And we have two added bonuses….1. We have a ton more women's and children's clothing from the same westside consignor that we had at our last sale in Beverly Hills! 2. And the second? The house has been sold to a developer and will be torn down...so we are selling doors, appliances, and a lot of demo items. We will not be selling windows or the gate to the backyard or the exterior doors to maintain security. But just about anything not structural is fair game. ACCESSIBILITY: This is for the most part a one level home...with lots of parking located in a level residential area at a crossroads….so there are no real obstructions for those with mobility issues. We do have a limited number of items and clothing racks in the lower back yard which is only accessible by stairs….but well over 95% of the sale is accessible. The garage may be a bit tight for a wheelchair initially.
