Again L.A. - CHEVIOT HILLS DOCTOR'S ESTATE SALE

This weekend, Saturday and Sunday, April 25-26, from 10am-4pm Daily, Again L.A. has a great estate sale in Cheviot Hills! This is the living estate sale of a retired Doctor! This huge Cheviot Hills Home has wonderful furniture including custom upholstery, antiques, and quality furnishings accumulated over 50+ years! You see, our doctor was widowed some years ago and at 80....he has found love!

He attended his High School reunion a few years back and met an absolutely lovely vivacious lady and yes, they attended the same large high school so many years ago! They had different circles of friends and had never really met while in school....but now this classmate was also single....and they instantly found interest in one another...and that reunion was the kindling that gave both our Doctor and the retired Education another chance at love! After a few years they have purchased a new home overlooking the beach and are continuing this most romantic relationship to the sound of waves and walks on the beach!

They have furnished and designed their new home together...and we are assisting in finding the furnishings and many of the items in the Cheviot property new homes!

Due to mover problems - we just got into the home to set-up. There are a few pictures below...and we will be adding more pictures as we get the rooms set-up. The house is furnished with quality furniture and antiques, great rugs, lamps, art, and accessories! There is wonderful outdoor furniture and a fire pit with chairs, electronics, cameras, books, lots of kitchen ware, linens, clothing, exercise equipment, and frankly lots more we have no idea of as it is in closets in such. Some items are photographed but we have only worked in the living room, one guest room, and the dining room. Will be posting more pictures and a listing as we go. Check back with us on Wednesday Night or Thursday to see more pics!
