AGAIN L.A. - 70's MODERNIST DISCOVERY ESTATE SALE
ONE DAY ONLY
Join Again L.A. in the Beachwood Canyon Hills for a small fun Discovery Sale this Friday, June 19th, from 11am to 4pm! This is the estate of a 90 plus year old gent who after having decades of great adventures on the wet coast has decided to move closer to family members in Florida.
Our gent's lifelong passion was long distance running - beginning as a young man in growing up in the old south, continuing during his studies at Harvard, and continuing throughout his life until he finally tapered off as his 90th birthday approached. Every year he also competed in long distance runs throughout California and the Southwest. His longtime home in the hills is a simple two story MCM home with floor to ceiling windows with stunning views overlooking the Beachwood community. Our gent had a distinct masculine sense of style - with his home featuring rustic wood interior walls, with interesting late 1960s/1970s Brazilian, International, and architectural/possible California design furnishings.
You will find an incredibly handsome Özdemir & Çağlar Box Leather Sofa, a stunning Percevel Lafer Brazilian Brutalist Jacaranda Wood Coffee Table, a fun Percival Lafer Brazilian Rosewood "Wood Sticks" Side Table, aninteresting architectural Walnut Queen Size Headboard with Pull-Out Glass/Wood Side Shelves, an equally clean lined architectural 6 Drawer Walnut Low Boy Dresser, a whimsical possible California Design Game Table and Chairs, a very clean architectural long low Entertainment Center, and other furnishings.
