Transition Allies' - ALL because a German mechanic & a German Damsel fell in LOVE!

Hello ALL!!!

First off, thank you to those who made the trip to Alamo last weekend despite the HOA (and one neighbor) debacle. To those of you who were told it was cancelled, I am sorry you were lied to. That was frustrating but once we straightened things out, we had a bang-up sale for the family and they are very appreciative of your efforts!!

On to this week!!
This is the home a wonderful German Couple...a German car mechanic and a home-maker. That being said....We have a HOUSE, GARAGE and SHED full of things!! He had his own German car mechanic shop and when he retired, he built a couple sheds and “brought it all home”. So we have a ton of new/old stock car parts/supply AND tools (Snap-on, Mercedes, VW, Bosch...EVERYTHING CAR!). In the home, we have the goods of a family that LOVED to entertain, crochet/needlepoint with friends and cook! COME ON DOWN....there truly is something for EVERYONE!

SPECIFIC TO THIS SALE:
-About half the items have prices. Those prices will stand. However, for the other half, we will be “bulk pricing”. It would be VERY helpful if you kept priced and unpriced items separate.
-This house is very organized by “category”. But since it was so “thick” we set up a bunch of tables and spread it out so your could enjoy it all. So, there is A POOL IN THE BACKYARD that we could not avoid. PLEASE stay clear of it and WATCH your CHILDREN!!!  
-In the spirit of spreading out, we used an unfinished side yard. This is pretty rugged terrain and we recommend wearing good shoes and/or being sure-footed before entering this area.
-We are in a cellular “black hole”....once we are on site, there is NO cellular service so please, if you call or text, I WILL NOT GET IT UNTIL I AM ON MY WAY HOME!! If it is regarding an item, I recommend you just come on out and take a look around as I am sure there is SOMETHING there you will want.

**OUR sign up list will be put out Friday night by 7:00pm at the sale site. This will be the only sign up sheet used for Saturday morning. There is no need to show up earlier and start your own. Unfortunately, any lists started prior to “ours” will be discarded and the names will not be transferred on to “our” list as we have done in the past. A new sign up list will be put out for Sunday morning’s entrance.

At this time, I will not longer be giving pricing out via email or text. You all know I price TO SELL...so if you like something, know it is probably a really fair price and you should just “come on down” and BUY IT!! :)

Everything will be as we have done in the past, but we will have a few shopper’s requirements to be sure we uphold the County Health Requirements:

1. A mask or face covering must be worn properly while on our property or in line to enter our property. You will not be able to enter without one. We will not be providing them.
2. Maintain a 6’ distance while waiting in line to purchase or enter the property.
3. While shopping, please be aware of social distancing space and follow any one-way signs.
4. We will limit the amount of people on-site the whole day, not just in the morning. If you are asked to wait before entering, please do so.
5. We will have hand sanitizer at the entrance, please sanitize before entering the property.
6. To protect our workers, please bring a box to collect your goods. We usually help by taking items to the hold section for you. This creates a lot of hand to hand contact. We are happy to transport boxed items to the hold section. Also, you can feel free to drop things by the hold section yourself. Please remember, once you put it in your box or in the hold section, we ask you are committed to buying it.
7. NO Appointment is necessary to attend the sale.

PARKING:  Alhambra Valley Road is a busy street. Please be sure your are parked FULLY on a shoulder. “Across the street” has a much bigger shoulder. DRIVEWAY will be for loading only...and only one car at a time will fit.
