1. Assumption of Risk
By entering the premises, all customers acknowledge and accept that they are doing so at their own risk. The property may contain uneven surfaces, stairs, narrow walkways, or other potential hazards.

2. No Liability for Injury or Loss
The estate, homeowner, and/or estate sale company are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur on the premises.

3. “As-Is” Sales
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

4. Responsibility for Children
Customers are responsible for supervising children at all times. Any damage caused by children is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.

5. Property Damage
Customers agree to be financially responsible for any damage they cause to the property, furnishings, or items for sale.

6. Limited Capacity / Entry Control
For safety reasons, entry may be limited. Customers must follow all instructions from staff regarding movement and capacity within the home.

7. Hold Harmless Agreement
By attending the sale, customers agree to hold harmless the estate, property owner, and estate sale company from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their presence at the sale.

Driving & Parking Courtesy

Please be respectful of our neighbors when visiting the sale. Park only in legal parking spaces and avoid blocking driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or trash bins. Obey all posted parking signs and speed limits. Carpooling is encouraged when possible.

Please leave large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses in your vehicle. Children must remain with an adult at all times.
