Cash Preferred - Credit cards accepted for purchases over $50.00. There is a fee of 3.4% for the use of the card (the fee that is charged to me by the handling company) Sales tax charged 8%. If you are a dealer - you will need a copy of your resale certificate with you.
All inventory is offered “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranties. Bluewatersrelocation, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. If you are the first to arrive you can make a list - please photograph your place so there is no confusion.

We will be having a traditional Estate Sale Thursday 9 am - 2pm, Friday am 9 -2pm and Saturday 8am - 2pm. We will be doing presales because of Covid.

We will be doing an online walk through at Blue Waters Relocation on Facebook. Simply go to the page and like it! Then you will get an automatic popup on your screen when the video starts. Tuesday at 2pm some prices will be given then - but you can always text and purchase an item ahead of time.

Great art here - from the Estate of a noted Laser Engineer (Professor at UCSD and Ecole Polytechnique for Science and Technology in Frace) and his Swiss artist wife Pierrette Hammerling - a bohemian who both had an affair with Peter Sellers and got into a fight with John Lennon over a ladies raincoat! She then went onto show her pottery at the Mingei Museum and at Gallery Eight La Jolla in the 1970s.
