Governor Newsom has announced the re-closing non-essential businesses in all California Counties after 8,358 new cases were reported in the past 24 hours. We must be there tomorrow for numerous pick-ups of purchases that occurred today, but we have cancelled Wednesday and Thursday. Original Sale 

Because of Covid-19, this is a by appointment only sale. Your mask is required  as well as socially distancing. It's a large home, so five or six appointments can  occur concurrently.    A 93-year old Catholic lady has left us to join God's Army. She entertained beautifully and has left all of her treasures behind. In addition, there is furniture, furnishings, lighting, clocks, crafts and more. 

  • Furniture:  a three-piece parlor set , Spinet Piano, a lovely QA Desk & Chair, an expandable dining table in Mahogany that enlarges from 18" to six feet These are rare and wonderful for compact condos. A small (36" wide brass & black iron Baker's Rack, an Spanish Nouveau Bedroom set including a Dresser with mirror, King Headboard, and two Night Cabinets. (The mattress & box springs is available and in the garage).
