We do accept Debit, Mastercard & Visa on purchases over $20. Cash is better. NO checks please.
We do not PRE-sell items. We cannot hold items. Please come to the sale if you are interested in purchasing items.
For the sake of the client, we request once you put an item in the hold area or in your box, it is your's. Please be sure you want it before claiming it.
Please be prepared to move purchased items off site by the end of the sale on Sunday.
Please be prepared to load & haul your own purchased items. We are not responsible for your items, loading or otherwise.
Once purchased, we are not responsible for the item. If we are helping load, store or move them, it is your ultimate responsibility. We are not responsible for your purchased item, your car or items in your car. We are not responsible for securing or straping down your items.
All purchase are final. Please be prepared to test, check, & review your item thoroughly before purchasing.
There are no public restrooms.
No large bags please (except if you are using one to shop) all bags are subject to search.

Are you ready for another great sale? This weekend we are in Pleasant Hill and needing to empty an entire house filled with nice yet practical items!! These folks took very good care of their items. They have may items from their travels. They also have many items left over from their hobbies and interests. Tons of nice items!! As always, we will have a sign up list out on the front porch for the early arrivals. When the doors open at 9:00, we will begin letting people in by the list first. Feel free to relax & stay dry until then. PLEASE do not wonder around the client’s yard or property. And also, please be sure to be courteous to neighbors by not blocking driveways.
PLEASE bring your own wrapping paper, bags or boxes for your purchases. We have some, but not much. Also, please be aware that there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS at our sales.
Unfortunately, there has been quite abit of price/dot switching and removing going on during our recent sales. If you see this, discreetly, please bring it to our attention so we can address it and reprice items immediately for the family. Thank you for your attention in this manner!!
