Cash Preferred - Credit cards accepted for purchases over $50.00. There is a fee of 3.4% for the use of the card (the fee that is charged to me by the handling company) Sales tax charged 8%. If you are a dealer - you will need a copy of your resale certificate with you.

All inventory is offered “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranties. Bluewatersrelocation, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. If you are the first to arrive you can make a list - please photograph your place so there is no confusion.

PLEASE NOTE - NO BAGS OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SALE. THIS IS AN UNUSUAL SALE FOR US AS THE PRICING IS DONE ONSITE BY THE OWNER.  THIS IS PART 1 OF 3 SALES.  THIS PART IS IN THE ART HOUSE AND IN THE GIANT GARAGE. WE HAVE JEWELRY BUT THE MAJORITY OF THE JEWELRY WILL BE SOLD ON TUESDAY.  

THE FAMILY STILL LIVES IN THE HOUSE.  Please note that the hoarder in question loves the name of this sale!!!  (So no more mean emails!) On the subject of mean emails, please note that the owner is setting the prices and not Blue Waters. 

THIS IS THE SALE OF A WEALTHY HOARDER WHO HAS MANY, MANY YEARS OF COLLECTING UNDER HIS BELT.  HE IS MOVING AND NEEDS TO DOWNSIZE HIS COLLECTION.

  PLEASE NOTE WE STILL HAVE OVER 50 BOXES TO UNPACK!!  WE HAVE PUSHED THE SALE OF THE JEWELRY TO NEXT WEEK (TUESDAY) BECAUSE THERE IS TOO MUCH!  The items in the house will start to be for sale on Tuesday - you will be walked through the house on a tour because the families belongings are still in there.   At the end of the sale the family brings down more and more boxes so what you saw Friday morning is now pretty different!
