Cash Preferred - Credit cards accepted for purchases over $50.00. There is a fee of 3.4% for the use of the card (the fee that is charged to me by the handling company) Sales tax charged 8%. If you are a dealer - you will need a copy of your resale certificate with you.

All inventory is offered “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranties. Bluewatersrelocation, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. If you are the first to arrive you can make a list - please photograph your place so there is no confusion.

Everything that is pictured is for sale - we have a few pieces that have firm prices.

A huge Estate Sale -

The parking will be up a long and steep driveway, please park on the street at the straightaway below Via De Alba and walk up

. There will be a parking attendant and if there is room - we have about 10 parking places, he will let you up - Please be aware that the street is narrow and windy - were are asking people to park on the right side of the driveway. You may also drive up and drop off or pick up but there is not room for parking at the top of the driveway.

There are a few pieces that will be kept for staging when the house goes for sale.  They can be picked up no later than July 10th and are marked.
