-No price quotes before sale.
-A signup sheet will go out 2 hours before to first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early. Patrons will be put on this list in order as they appear in line, one name per person, no holding spots with boxes or otherwise.
-Please be respectful of neighbors and keep conversation volume low.
-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Estate Sales LLC and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash, debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless the buyer can provide a valid resale license. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.
-ALL OF GOLD COAST'S SALE PROPERTIES ARE MONITORED 24/7 BY DVR AND CLOUD BACKED-UP AUDIO/VIDEO SYSTEMS. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.

-This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.

Hello!, and welcome to another incredible Gold Coast Estate Sale!
Oh boy, we have a lottt of records at this sale. And it’s a collection unlike you’ve ever seen. We aren’t going to say that they are all showtimes and soundtracks… but there sure are a lot of them.

So, vinyl records, yes we have a lot of them. Too much to go through all of them. So instead we went through SOME of them.
Starting the first day on Friday, all the records WITHOUT a specific price on them are $3 EACH. That is regardless of condition, or anything like that. We will NOT BE MAKING BULK DEALS on the first day, so please do not ask. These prices are more than fair for most of the records, and if $3 is too much then we encourage you to come back on Saturday. Some have been individually priced, but there are a lot that we just did not have the time to go through.
First thing Saturday morning, all records WITHOUT prices on them will be $1.50. The individually marked records will also be HALF of the marked price.
You are going to find a lot of amazing records. Some rare, some brand new and sealed, some with cutouts but most without. Show-tunes and soundtracks from famous movies featuring famous stars. Amazing Classic Rock, Soul, Funk, Jazz, R&B and New Wave artists that are on these albums, but honestly, the pictures will do them much more justice, and we took a lot of them.
Some rules around the records:
-We do not haggle or negotiate the price of the records on the first day.
-We do not give bulk pricing on the first day.
-A record added to your “pile” is considered purchased. Please examine your record before adding it to your pile.
-If you find something that you are stoked on then please let us know! We are excited to share this amazing collection with the public!

Also, the bedroom furniture is Mid Century Drexel mahogany and only requires minimum restoration.
