No returns - so please examine your purchase carefully. Enter at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents.
Cash Preferred - Credit cards accepted for purchases over $50.00. There is a fee of 3.4% for the use of the card (the fee that is charged to me by the handling company) Sales tax charged 8%. If you are a dealer - you will need a copy of your resale certificate with you.

All inventory is offered “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranties. Bluewatersrelocation, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! No list or numbers, please line up outside the door. If you are the first to arrive you can make a list - please photograph your place so there is no confusion.

This sale is a walk in - you can use your car to pick items up.  Please park at the 4th gate to enter senterra and meet the attendant who will direct you.

 

This is a large Estate Sale - the association allows for only walk - ins.   Please don't worry - it is only 4 houses from the gate!  We will do presales here.

1. All customers must sign-in with their names and license plate # at the entrance prior to entry into Senterra. Also sign-out on leaving.

2. Security guard at gate 4 opening walk-in gate for foot traffic only.

3. Security guard with Fob to open gate 4 for large item pick-up, sign-in and out.

4. Max of 10 at a time-allowed on property.

5. Estate sale not on weekends-or at least nothing on Sunday.

6. Limit the Sale to 5 hours.

7. No advertising on San Dieguito Road, all signage to be removed each afternoon.

8. Security Deposit of $500-returned if no violations.

9. Parking on DFR up from gate 4 towards cul de sac.

10. Start time not earlier than 9:00 AM till 2:00.

Oil Painting of the Doges Palace by Bouvard - Antoine Bouvard was a French landscape artist who notably often painted under the pseudonym Marc Aldine. Bouvard remains best known for his renderings of Venetian canal scenes, painted in warm tones and a hazy light that often accompanies the setting of the sun. A typical work is A Gondolier Before a Venetian Bridge, depicting the grand canal of the famous Italian city in a realist style that remained popular with tourists throughout his career. He was notably influenced by the French painter Félix Ziem, who was also popular for his poetic depictions of maritime scenes and port cities.
