Cash Preferred - Credit cards accepted for purchases over $50.00. There is a fee of 3.4% for the use of the card (the fee that is charged to me by the handling company) Sales tax charged 8%. If you are a dealer - you will need a copy of your resale certificate with you.

All inventory is offered “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranties. Bluewatersrelocation, nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property! The jewelry is a little different - All Jewelry is 10% off the fair market appraisal that was complete 12/26/24 - if you are interested in a specific piece I can send you directly the appraisal so you know what is exactly in each piece.   There is not any negotiating on the jewelry - please text me directly and I can have it brought to me.  We are meeting at the bank and I can show these pretty much any day, I just need advanced notice.

Art Deco Diamond Sapphire and platinum ring $4365Al Alfred Jackson, was an African-American artist, who was born in the 1940’s. He studied art at the American Academy in Chicago, Illinois. For a time he was employed as a commercial artist and then painted mostly still life paintings. $650 He was fascinated with water drops and South Western pottery. He would sit at his easel for hours at a time, painting and repainting a drop of moisture or the stem of a vegetable or fruit. Alfred Jackson won many first place gold medals for his realistic still life paintings. He participated in the Annual Gold Coast as well as the 57th Street Art Fairs. He battled a debilitating disease of diabetes for a large portion of his life and was a recluse who did not want to share the details of his life. It was common for him to stop painting for long stretches of time and then to resume.
