We do accept Debit, Mastercard & Visa on purchases over $20. Cash is better. NO checks please.
We do not PRE-sell items. We cannot hold items. Please come to the sale if you are interested in purchasing items.
For the sake of the client, we request once you put an item in the hold area or in your box, it is your's. Please be sure you want it before claiming it.
Buyer is responsible to disassemble and load their purchases.
Please be prepared to move purchased items off site by the end of the sale on Sunday.
Please be prepared to load & haul your own purchased items. We are not responsible for your items, loading or otherwise.
Once purchased, we are not responsible for the item. If we are helping load, store or move them, it is your ultimate responsibility. We are not responsible for your purchased item, your car or items in your car. We are not responsible for securing or straping down your items.
All purchase are final. Please be prepared to test, check, & review your item thoroughly before purchasing.
There are no public restrooms.

PADDLES UP!! We have our first ONLINE LIVE Auction in ROSSMOOR this weekend!!
We are processing some of our estates liquidations via an LIVE ONLINE AUCTION! This format will allow you to buy in LOTS and BID on items you are interested in. The auction is online ONLY and the bidding is between you and other online bidders, facilitated by our online auction platform. You will witness the auction happening just like an in-person auction but from the convenience of your home, office or wherever you choose to be!
Some of the “tricks”...you can begin bidding on items NOW and throughout the week prior to the auction and then the final bidding will happen at the LIVE ONLINE AUCTION Saturday 9/25 at 10am. We recommend if you really like an item, you place a MAX bid (this is the most you are willing to pay for the item and the auction platform will automatically bid for you up to that amount in predetermined increments) on it OR logging in 10 minutes prior to the start of the LIVE ONLINE auction to be ready to bid on the item.
It’s easy....
1. Register/login at our site and click on the auction you would like to join. Click on the item(s) you like and bid.
2. If you really want an item, we recommend placing a “Max bid” which is the most you would be willing to pay for the item. If other bids are placed, the system will automatically bid for you up to that amount . If you are out bid, then you can consider bidding higher if you want at that point.
3. If you win an item, pick it up at your convenience during PICK-UP hours noted. *Please bring all your own packing material, boxes, help, etc to help with your purchase.

Live ONLINE Auction: Saturday (9/25) 10:00am - whenever
Pick up: Saturday (9/25)12:00-4:00pm and Sunday (9/26) 9:00am-1:00pm. ONLY.
Property Location: Rossmoor (Walnut Creek gated-community). Winning bidder’s name will be placed on the gate list for community access. Full address will be released to winning bidders only.
****For the Preview and Pick-ups, we have a few requirements to uphold the County Health Requirements:
1. Please do NOT attend if you are: Feeling sick, Have any COVID symptoms, or been someone who has had COVID!!
2. A mask or face covering must be worn properly while on our property or in line to enter our property. You will not be able to enter without one. We will not be providing them.
3. Maintain a 6’ distance while waiting in line to purchase or enter the property.
4. We will have hand sanitizer at the entrance, please sanitize before entering the property.
