And welcome to another amazing Gold Coast Estate Sale! We have a treat for you this week. A beautiful large house in Rowland Heights (Walnut) that is stacked to the brim with interesting treasures from the past!

The scope and range of the items in this house are off the charts! Beautiful vintage furniture, amazing glassware, sterling silver, yard decorations and furniture, and so much more! Definitely a sale that has a little bit for everyone.

Starting with some of the larger things:
We have for sale a genuine Lalique Vierge a L'Enfant (Madonna with Child) signed, authentic, and in mint condition.


We also have a set of Royal Crest Sterling Silverware in excellent condition with box.

A "Skandia Furniture Company" Victorian-style triple door bookcase is in the downstairs living room, in great condition with curved glass windows.

In the garage is also a 1980 Troy Bilt Horse rototiller with Kohler K161T 7hp engine.

Upstairs we have an incredible Danish 3 Drawer Oak Drop Front Secretary and Bookshelf. Incredible condition piece and a very rare find.

Lastly, a collection of awesome Hang Ten shirts and some OP Surf shirts as well!.

 

Now, to the rest of the house. Starting in the living room we find several antique chairs and sofas, a beautiful side table, some vintage wooden birdhouses, a whole array of porcelain asparagus shaped tea pots and cups, some wonderful wall art, a coffee table, a tea set with plates by Rosenthal, a very cool Brunswick Radiola that has been repurposed into a butler table, a mock antique telephone, wingback armchair, some cranberry glass by the Pilgram Glass company, some glass pieces by Fenton, a FidePal cowboy hat, some beautiful lamps including a pink Fenton hurricane lamp, several tea pots and cups, vases both Chinese and European, some Fenton glass Swans and candle holders, some carved wooden mallards, mantle clocks, a rug, a beautiful petite curved glass curio in excellent condition, some Chinese stacking wicker baskets, folding tray table, a very large and very imposing sideboard buffet table with mirror (possibly Burl Wood or Tiger Oak), a beautiful dining room table with leaf and 6 chairs, a antique bar cart, a very interesting Clamshell serving bowl complete with shell plates, Oontz Angle 3 Bluetooth speaker, some Sony digital cameras, a United mantle clock, stools and more goodies!

Moving into the kitchen first we see the great Kenmore Coldspot double door fridge in amazing condition, the entire kitchen is filled with wonderful plates and cups and serving items, a Cuisinart coffee maker, Libby glasses, pieces from Sango, Bordallo Pinheiro, Andrea by Sadak, Jena Hall, Fireking, Boston Warehouse, Halls Superior, Franciscan Earthenware, Nancy Calhoun, Princess House, Bodum, and Fiestaware.
Teapots, bowls, cooking supplies, cake stands, wine glasses, champagne glasses, pots and pans, knives, a microwave, trays and serving dishes, a crockpot, vintage jars and many other great things.

Once in the family room, you first see an Oreck Steam cleaner in almost unused condition as well as an Oreck vacuum. We also have a dining room table in here, more silverware, some wall art and glass, an easy chair and couch combo, a collection of family board games, a modest collection of LPs and records, some cookbooks, jewelry box, metal picture holders, some baskets, more Fenton colored glass vases, amazing vintage warming chairs, a wicker basket-style coffee table, a tall floor lamp and vintage children's toys including a vintage Crissy doll.

The downstairs bedroom has a large wooden entertainment center, a very cool hat rack, a large amount of women's clothing, jackets, paintings and other decorations, bookshelf and books, a fan, stereo, office desk with chair and a security guard uniform.

Walking out into the hallway from here we find a very beautiful Victorian hall tree with mirror. Next to this is an impressive antique wooden drop front desk.

The backyard of this house is amazingly complete with many large collapsible umbrellas that are in amazing condition. There is also a wonderful collection of yard furniture and patio furniture, as well as pots with plants and yard decorations. Also for sale are several rusty antique farm tools that would be an excellent addition to any rustic home. Lastly, we have a collection of tools, a bench, a small BBQ, a vintage cooler, antique grocery crate from VONS, and two large antique cots.

Once in the garage we are greeted by a big "Blue Chip Stamps" sign, a very interesting piece. We also find a beautiful linoleum kitchen table with removable leaves, a vintage fridge, plenty of small to large hand tools, lamps, jars, jumper cables, a safe, aluminum ice tray, painting supplies and chemicals, tons and tons of scrap wood and planks (all at ridiculously low prices), some kitchen items, hammers screwdrivers pliers clippers scrappers files and cutters, a rug, wonderful collection of decorations including some birdhouses and cages, two adorable yellow folding chairs, a collection of Christmas decorations, a treadmill, doll crib, a cage to hold a cat, another desk, some vintage dolls with case, vacuum cleaner, Husky pressure washer, hubcaps to old cars, a mini-fridge, some old tools, crowbar, railroad spikes, measuring yardsticks, a very neat clock made by Bulova, a collection of vintage pulleys and hooks all displayed in a very neat vintage wooden crate, some vintage saws, toolboxes, skill saw, chainsaw and so much more!

Moving upstairs we are greeted by more beautiful furniture. In the master bedroom we find a Bombe 3 Drawer Louis XV style chest with metal gilding and a marble top, and an amazing piece that is a rare find for anyone. Also in this room is a commanding Italian style inlaid secretary/bar, with mirrors in the back and a drop-down front, an exquisite piece with all of its keys. Next to this we have a marble top side table as well as the large 3 drawer danish drop front desk that was mentioned earlier.
Also upstairs is an impressive collection of clothing and shoes, some wonderful purses, hats, blankets and quilts, blue china porcelain, paintings and wall art, religious items, a twin size bed, rocking chair, lamps, a giant fan, side table with lamps, a few wicker chairs, travel luggage, office supplies and an office shelf, more collections of plates and serving items, a beautiful headboard, stereo, vintage typewriter, some hat boxes, a marble top washstand, gloves and parasols, queen size metal bed frame, bathroom scale, some American flags, another pair of matching twin-sized bed frames, a few women's furs, vintage Sears Christmas Wish Books, and an original colored etching by Ernst Linck.

Lastly, you'll find a signing Elvis telephone, some very impressive 70's clothing (some covered in patches and some bell bottoms), a pair of Separate-Lee's by Lee jeans, a T&C vintage surf bag, a skimboard, vintage USC hats, a Keurig coffee maker, a whole collection of 8-track tapes, a Sony Walkman, vintage patches and stickers including ones from Club Kal, KLOS, some racing patches and plenty of vintage 70's ones, some vintage pennant flags including one from Disneyland and the Queen Mary and so much more!
