A sign-up sheet will be posted 2 hours before the opening of the first day of the sale. Ours will be the only list honored. You must be in line to be put on the list. One name per person, no holding spots (with boxes, bags or otherwise). No list will be used on any day besides the first day. Please return 10 minutes prior to opening. This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.

-We also cannot give out prices before the beginning of the sale.
-Please be respectful of neighbors and keep conversation volume low.
-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Estate Sales LLC and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash or debit/credit cards. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless the buyer can provide a valid resale license. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.

Hello!, and welcome to another great Gold Coast Estate Sale!
We have a different type of sale for you this week. A two-day sale packed with some great items as well as a large selection of clothing!
This house needs to be empty and we have limited time to do it, that's where we need your help! All of the clothing, furniture, electronics, kitchen items, books and more are priced TO SELL AND TO MOVE!
We have two bedrooms dedicated to only holding boxes tables and racks full of women's clothing! Multiple sizes including a large selection of plus-sized clothing. These will all be priced at a low set base price which will be reduced to half on Saturday. Bring bags, bring friends, and bring enough space to fit all of the clothes you will be getting!
We also have some new furnishings that have never been used! Including a selection of kitchen cabinets from Glacier Bay, a new Hotpoint Stove, and a new unused Hamilton Beach microwave.
