Welcome to another amazing Gold Coast Estate Sale! This week we are honored to be able to hold our sale in the city of Whittier.

We have been preparing this sale for you for a very long time and we are very excited for you to see it. It is a large incredible house absolutely dripping with a bold and daring decorating style. Bright yellows, Hollywood Regency decorations, gilded everything, and large windows overlooking the city. We know you are going to love this sale.

First, the larger items:

For sale we have an incredible Danish teak mid-century modern wall unit designed by Poul Cadovius. The wall-mounted "CADO" as it is called, is a beautiful design that allows customization to suit your needs. Complete with 4 pillars, 12 shelves and 26 brackets (that's enough to hold an extra shelf). These mount side by side so you can have three columns of shelving. Great condition with minor wear, an amazing and rare piece to be sure.

Also for sale is a set of mid-century wrought iron Homecrest patio furniture. There is the "Eames" style swivel chair complete with ottoman and also a large loveseat. These things are incredibly designed and a bold statement for sure. 

In addition, we have an incredible set of 6 "Cal-Style" swivel bar stools. Amazing mid-century modern pieces from the 1960s, and in fantastic condition!

Moving into the living room we have a pair of capiz shell tables, one coffee table and one side table. These are absolute Hollywood Regency must-haves, dripping in glitz and glam and gilding. Amazing condition, solidly built and a very hard find.

Now, let's talk CLOTHING! This house has a ton of it and no lack of style. All women clothing except for a few pieces that could go either way, all kinds of crazy unique styles, way more than we had time to go through and at amazing prices.
Check out that incredible LA Gear half jacket! Not pictured is the almost-new pair of gold metallic LA Gear tennis shoes. Clothing from brands like Aspen, Switch, U.S. Polo, Oscar de la Renta, Mecca Femme, UP FRONT, Tommy Hill, Jordache, Foxy Lady, Apple Blossom, Max and Lulu, Victoria Secret, Paris Blues, Lady Arrow, Paulines and so many more!
Countless sweaters, dresses, shirts, dresses, tops, amazing shoes, high heels, BOOTS, sandals, lacey things, fancy things, dancey things, some totally awesome 70's half jackets, tank tops, jean jackets, tons of belts, large coats, fur coats and stoles, the few odd vintage jumpers, skirts, slinky tops, nightgowns, some wild pants, knit bellbottoms and so much more! Definitely a clothing sale if we've ever seen one.

Lastly, a great collection of jewelry. A vintage Gruen gold filled watch case and Miriam Haskell earrings are just a few. There is also a collection of Fine Gold jewelry (10k, 14k 18k and even a 22k piece), some sterling silver jewelry, a few silver dimes, rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, very beautiful stones really something for everyone.
Oh, and literally OODLES of costume jewelry!

Now, starting in the kitchen/dining room. We have for sale a large French style LG refrigerator, in excellent condition. Also an AMAZING set of Danish Modern "Supercut" forks knives and serving flatware by Vernco complete with their teak holders.
There is a great collection of dishes and glass including a set of vintage Secla cabbage leaf "Majolica" dishes, some Pyrex dishes, Fenton milk glass, green Libby glass as well as many more beautiful colored and serving glass.
A great collection of knives, cooking tools, coffee maker and pot, a large collection of milk glass, pots and pans, some vintage thermoses, vases, trays, marble cake stand, a toaster, some beautiful metal lawn furniture, a boom box, AMAZING lamps both table and hanging (and in incredible colors), a statue of a bird, CD's, an incredible wood and metal dining room table and chairs, some beautiful Japanese pots with stands, a vintage camera, some religious decorations, some office gear, a set of Libby glasses, a LED flashlight with radio, large interesting posters about pollution, a microwave and so much more!

Moving into the living room we find some incredible yellow furniture including a yellow buffet, dining room table and China hutch; we also have an impressive collection of decorative plates, a glass pitcher, an odd hanging statue of an elf playing the violin, a pair of vintage chairs in amazing condition, a metal and glass bar cart, statue of boy and girl, glass flowers, a marble half table, beautiful and intricately carved Chinese nesting tables, a golden side table, Chinese vases, an INCREDIBLE round green Hollywood Regency couch with carved wood flashing, a large gilded mirror, incredible statue that is also a lamp, large copper decoration pot, beautiful vintage hanging lights, wall-mounted candle holders and mirrors, an amazing brass fireplace cover, a glass skinny curio cabinet and other great odds and ends.

Moving into the two backrooms we find some more beautiful glass pieces, a round dining room table and chairs, some religious and Christmas statues and decorations, a very cool hanging light, large green couch, four beautiful glass mirrors made by Windsor Art Productions, an arched floor lamp, a small collection of records, an Admiral record and radio console, large wooden entertainment center with bookshelves, and a few CRT TVs.

In the backyard first you will see the iconic mid-century round fireplace hood that once hung in the dining room. There is also a large selection of metal lawn furniture including a double lounger, table and chairs, and more small pieces, tons of plant pots from big to small and plastic to concrete, a Char-Broil grill and lots of plants!

Heading into the garage you will see a large beautiful wood slat piece. What we think this is is some kind of mat that goes on the floor. Whatever it is it is simply beautiful and we think may be teak!
Also in the garage is a Burro brand sawhorse, a very cool Sound Design speaker systems tray, some tools and toys, gardening tools, a blow mold of Jesus Mary and Joseph, vintage yellow ashtray, a razor scooter, Bonanza bowling ball, some dartboards, a vintage Thermos brand cooler with jug, a Washer and Dryer, large metal filing cabinet, spiral staircase meant for decorating, a foot spa, some folding chairs and green folding table by Samsonite, a Rolykit tool case, arm sleeping bag, power tools, C clamps, and a very cool vintage First Aid box by Amazol.

Moving upstairs we have a few beds with bedframes, obviously closets and boxes full of clothes shoes and belts, a beautiful wall mounted glass shelf with metal brackets and rail, some children's toys including a Star Wars mask, some beautiful wooden dressers and nightstands, a couple of irons, plenty of furs, a sewing machine table by Singer, stereo system and speakers by Denon, a dresser with mirror, some books and some wall art as well.
 

We have missed you and have worked long and hard to make this an amazing sale for you. We can't wait to see you, bring your friends, bring your neighbors, bring a bag or box and a truck to haul it all away! But also wash your hands and wear a mask.
