-The address for this sale will be released on this website at 6:00AM the morning of the first day of the sale.

-A sign-up sheet will also be posted at 6am on the first day of the sale for those who wish to show up early.

-One name per person, no holding spots with boxes, bags or otherwise.

-No list will be used on any day besides the first day.

-Please return 10 minutes prior to opening.

-Valuables ARE NOT kept on site and are instead brought to the property each morning of the sale.

-This property is under 24/7 video surveillance, please do not bother the homeowner and keep conversation low as to not disturb the neighbors.
