-There is no presale of items in the house except the two vehicles. Prices will not be given over text/phone/email or otherwise, requests for prices will not be answered unless for the two vehicles.
-A list will be posted 2 hours before the opening of the first day of the sale. Ours will be the only list honored. You must be in line to be put on the list. One name per person, no holding spots (with boxes, bags or otherwise). No list will be used on any day besides the first day.
-Please be respectful of neighbors and keep conversation volume low.
-All sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranty, expressed or implied, nor implied warranty of merchantability. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Coast Estate Sales LLC and its Client, for any and all damages, claims or liability for injuries to persons or property caused during or after the sale and removal of the sold items. Customers are solely responsible for their own due diligence.
-We accept cash or debit/credit cards. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases unless the buyer can provide a valid resale license. Please plan accordingly if you plan a larger purchase. We are not responsible for items that are left unattended after the time of purchase. Items must be removed from the property before the estate sale has concluded. Re-usable bags are welcome, but be prepared to have them inspected upon entering and exiting the sale.
-ALL OF GOLD COAST'S SALE PROPERTIES ARE MONITORED 24/7 BY DVR AND CLOUD BACKED-UP AUDIO/VIDEO SYSTEMS. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
