Terms

All sales are on an “as is” basis. No returns/No Credits. Please try to bring cash or cashiers check for large purchases.

As always, we prefer cash purchases but if you must use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.

I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase unless other arrangements are made by Betsy.

Homeowner representative nor Your Home to Theirs Estate Sales is responsible for accidents or injury. Please shop safely!

There will be no public restrooms available at this sale.

Lastly, I don’t want to put this but I need to. We are inviting you into the home of our client. We ask that you be respectful of the home, the neighbors, my employees and myself. If you do not, you will be asked to leave so please conduct yourself accordingly.

This sale will be by appointment only.  Please contact Betsy to schedule your appointment at 321-537-5129.  This is a gated community so you will not be allowed entry without an appointment.  No directional signs will be used so make sure you bring your cell phone or GPS.  Please bring a mask 😷.  

Mid Century Modern dream!

All furniture is pictured with description where available. There are several lovely art pieces as well.  Not many smalls at this sale.  Most of the furniture is Knoll Brand.  The Knoll furniture is absolutely stunning.  The Burl wood tables are wonderful and the wood chair is a very unique  statement piece.  The white sliding door cabinets (3) are great mid-century modern pieces for the collector and were purchased by the owner in the 50’s.  And that marble coffee table and end tables are the eclectic pieces to pull it all together.  Simply amazing!!!

Pricing will be approximately 66% off retail value.  May deduct a little on certain pieces  that show wear.  

We will be entertaining written offers on all pieces.   Written offers will be opened at close of business the last day of the sale.  We will notify you if we approve your offer.   Pick up for winning offers will be arranged upon notification of acceptance.

Appointments will be scheduled for the 15,16, 17, and 18th between 10:00 and 1:00.
