-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
-We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. -There is a 3% fee for card processing. Tap to Pay is available.
-We do not hold items unless they’ve sold pre-sale. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale. Larger items and multitudes of items subject to presale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

This sale has so much stuff everywhere! There is the home, a big front deck, two outside buildings (one of which is for sale) and plenty of space to check things out. This property is also for sale through, Crystal Ball Legacy Real Estate.
There are some really great finds at this sale. If you want it, I’d be there the first day ready. Items will be priced but we will also be wheeling and dealing!
You can expect to find many antique and vintage items, washer/dryer, 12 x 20 building, stand up freezer, deep freezer, kitchenware, Corelle, Corningware, Singer sewing machine and sewing items, knickknacks, queen bed, fine art, Tupperware, pots, outside decor, concrete statues, riding mower, tools, construction items, jewelry case, canned goods, lamps, VHS, DVD, CDs, great deals on furniture and a lot more to check out.
Come on out and get some great items at awesome deals! There will be no parking in the yard due to many small trees. Should be ample parking across the road and nearby.
Long driveway so please bring wagons and help to carry!
