Our Story
After growing up, attending estate sales with my grandmother, there came a time I had to host a sale for her estate. That was over 12 years ago. Since then, I have downsized my dad's estate and worked for many estate sale companies in and around South Carolina. During that time, I continued my education in the industry. I moved to Florida a few years ago and saw a need for my passion here. My expert knowledge and history of family has led me to open my own estate sale company. We are blessed by GOD to be able to do this!

Duties include:
- Consultation at the residence/property to discuss what's for sale. (Many families have things they'd like to keep.)
- Carefully sorting, cleaning, researching of items being sold. (We have expert knowledge in most items found in estates. Antiques, art, precious metals and stones, coins, tools, plants, vintage toys, jewelry.)
- Preparing and organizing the sales site. (Includes light cleaning and staging items in sale.)
- Provide sales supplies such as tables, tents, pricing materials and signs for event.
- Advertising and marketing of sale. (We have many outlets to attract buyers, including an email list.)
- Provide educated and professional staff to facilitate event.
- Prepare and pack leftover items for donation and coordinate pick-up or drop-off with these organizations. (We are partnered with many churches in Walton County and surrounding areas.)

At Weaver Estate Sales, we understand each client has unique needs. For this reason, we accommodate many different requests. We offer a complete clean-out from A-Z. We do minor repairs and make sure the residence is ready for showing when we leave. This saves clients needed time and less stress.
