We prefer cash purchases but should you need to use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.

I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

Homeowner representative nor Your Home to Theirs Estate Sales are responsible for illness, accidents or injury . Please shop safely!

There will be no public restrooms available at this sale.

Lastly, I don’t want to put this but I need to. We are inviting you into the home of our client. We ask that you be respectful of the home, the neighbors, my helpers and myself. If you do not, you will be asked to leave so please conduct yourself accordingly.

This is there the furniture part of the warehouse sale on Curtis Blvd.  This is for the bigger furniture items and the other random items pictures in this ad only.  There will be no glass items offered a n this day. Items pictured are the only the items that will be available on Thursday the 23rd by appointment only.  I will add more pictures tomorrow.  You will need to contact me at 321-537-5129 for an appointment for this furniture portion of this sale on Thursday. 

Any of these items that do not sale on Thursday will still be for sale but not during the hours of operation on the "Glass Galore and More" sale days.  Arrangements will have to be made to see those items at another time.

If you are interested in the "Glass Galore and More" part of the sale, that sale will be on Friday and Saturday.  No appointment is necessary for Friday and Saturday.  It will be first come first serve.  We do not do sign up sheets or numbers.  Because of the content and the size of the storage unit, we may have to limit entry on Friday and Saturday.

Stunning!This is a beautiful clawfoot, bow front curio. It is about 7 feet tall. The right side of the curio glass has been replaced but you can not tell. This piece is beautiful and impactful.
