-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

The barn has had stuff sitting in it for over fifty years! You can find all kinds of goodies in this one. The dad is moving to a smaller home and needs to get rid of all this stuff!
One side of the barn is tools, air compressors, tool boxes, various tool tables, welding equipment, welding tanks, weed eater, plumbing tools, electric tools, construction equipment, tractor implements, finish mower, engine lifts, drill presses, knives, nails, screws and anything else you can think of related to a barn with that type of stuff.
The other side of the barn boasts very nice Christmas ornaments, vintage Pyrex and Corningware, household items, table with chairs, vintage bed sets, NASCAR Collection, vintage cigarette memorabilia, vintage Mason jars, vintage Coke bottles, antique sewing table, vintage stoneware, glasses, vintage piano, vintage juke box, numerous new kitchen items in boxes, oil lamps, Crystal, casserole dishes and way to much to continue listing.
We are still trying to get the dust off of things. Most stuff was in boxes and good to go. Other items have a thick layer of dust on them. Come on out and make some deals. Most items will be priced. We look forward to seeing you at this wonderful sale!
