-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
-We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. -There is a 3% fee for card processing. Tap to Pay is available.
-We do not hold items unless they’ve sold pre-sale. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale. Larger items and multitudes of items subject to presale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

Eucheeana Valley Defuniak Springs Estate Sale off of Co Rd 183.
Friday and Saturday, January 30 and 31 from 9-2pm
This is a smaller sale with some household items, but mostly tools and outdoor type items.
These are basic pictures with more to come. Please check back for more pictures.
Larger items can be presale so contact us if you’re interested in something large. (Furniture, vehicles, four wheeler, mower, etc)
Indoors, you can expect to find electric fireplaces and heaters, Corelle, Tupperware, kitchen items, some furniture, men’s clothes, electronics, computers, washer/dryer, refrigerator, dining table and chairs, stereo and miscellaneous items.
Outdoors will have two utility trailers, a 2014 Ford Escort, a 99 Ford F-150, a four wheeler, riding mower, generators, electric tools, hand tools, plumbing items, gas tank, ladders, patio furniture, grills and a lot of stuff in the shed.
This is a smaller sale for us. Come on out and make some deals. This is an older home so there may be some dust here and there. Come see what we have!!
