Cash and credit cards accepted, no checks. We collect sales tax, and our number is posted at the register. All items sold as is, where is. Please bring help to load your own items - we are a company providing a service to sell our client's belongings - not a moving company. We provide packing materials and bags. A holding table is available for you to hold your intended purchases while you continue shopping. Just fill out a "hold for_______" tag and place it with your treasures. Friday is full price day, Saturday is 1/2 price starting at 8 am. "Make an offer" forms are at the register.

At Your Service Estate Sales, LLC, presents another great sale!   Hailing from Lakeland, we are back in Gainesville to hold another sale, and look forward to seeing all the customers we met a few months ago at our last location. 

This three bedroom, two bath home is going up for sale, and the contents must be sold.  The furniture and furnishings are traditional, with a lot of mid century modern pieces in excellent condition.  During this week, more things will be brought out as we unload the rest of the closets and drawers.

Living room:  Hollywood Regency style pink two piece sectional sofa.  Drexel round inlaid coffee table, two matching lamp tables with marble tops and pull out shelves.  In mahogany.  Two matching lamps painted with leaves, even on the spaghetti lamp shades.  A pair of Brandt oval cherry two tiered lamp tables.  A pair of white china lamps.  Eastlake chair in white brocade.  Ornate carved parlor chair in lime green velvet.  Velour rocking chair.  Brass fireplace screen and tools, log carrier.  Cherry drop front secretary.  Drexel foyer table, large statue.  Bulova Mantel clock.

Dining room:  Traditional Bernhardt dining table with two leaves and pad, six chairs.  Lighted china cabinet, side server with fold out bar.  Deco side cabinet in oak.   Depression glass, porcelain, Blenko glass bowl, crystal, stem ware, sterling pieces, large selection of silverplate.  Swinnertons Staffordshire Kent china set.  Bamboo three tier corner shelf.

Kitchen:  There are three beautiful sets of china in the kitchen cabinets. Vintage G.E. triple beater mixer.  Fire King, Anchor Hocking, Franciscan.  Polish blue serving pieces.  Utensils, baking, pots, pans.

Den:  Sofa, occasional chairs, rocking chair, recliner.  Solid pine coffee table, two lamp tables, with turned spool legs.  Retro black padded bar with accessories.  Zenith stereo/phono, needs work.  Several boxes of records, cds, tapes.  Bookcases full of books, games.  Seasonal items.  Oval rugs. 

Master bedroom:  King size bookcase headboard, mattress, double dresser with mirror, chest of drawers with mirror.  Dressing chair.  Bed linens, sheets, blankets.  Closet full of men's clothes and shoes, size xlarge.

Bedroom 2:  mid century modern bedroom set. Double dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, full size bookcase headboard, full size mattress.  Milk glass lamps, bamboo lamp.  Oval rugs.  Bed linens, sheets, blankets.  Bath towels, soap, etc.

Bedroom 3:  twin bedroom set.  White tole painted with gold design.  Double dresser and mirror, chest of drawers, two nite stands, lamps.  White desk with chair, bookcase.  White cane back chair.  Lane cedar chest.  Sewing notions.  Gold filigree dresser set.

Garage:  a few garden tools, misc. stuff.  Tool box, hand tools.

Jewelry and collectibles:  large case filled with jewelry.  Fine gold and sterling, costume and fashion.  Vintage and new.  Tiffany & Co., David Yurman, Coldwater Creek.  HSN.  Chanel 32" new silk scarf. Hummels, German music box.  Daisy BB gun.  Lots of collectibles not listed or in photos.
