I do not pre-sale, give out numbers or do sign up sheets. We also do not give pricing in advance of the sale. But we hope to see you there.

We prefer cash purchases but should you need to use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.

I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

Beautiful Corvette offered in this sale. It’s a 2002 with only 36,117 miles. Original rag top, owner has replaced the alternator, the tires, the starter and put in the black seats. Owner is asking $20,000.00 but we will entertain written offers up until 3.00 pm on Saturday the 23rd unless we receive full offer. If still there after the sale, I will present all offers received to owner for his consideration. Should he accept, you will be notified and arrangements will be made for payment and pick up. The car will be there during the sale but if interested, you must make arrangements to see outside of sale hours by calling Betsy at 321-537-5129 between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.

Also, there will be a few fine jewelry pieces, and 3 hand guns, (see pictures for details), some ammo. There is about 60 pieces of “cruise” artwork. So if you are looking for wall decorations this might be your sale. Home decor items including so many butterfly and bunny items if you are into the cottage core decor. Linens, kitchen, bath and bedding items. Very nice furniture pieces, curios, dressers, entertainment center, occasional chairs, Bombay like chest, three bar stools, recliner, sofa table, beautiful oak roll top desk, lamps, candles out the ying yang. Kitchen items, Christmas items. Patio furniture. Plants, shelving, bicycle, some yard tools and regular tools, plus 2 really nice ladders.

A LOT OF CLOTHS …. Calling all my little women. You do not want to miss this sale. So many cloths new with tags. Tons of shirts, both dressy and casual, cute dresses, so many leggings, sweaters pants etc …. so many we had to put overflow in a tote. They are all mostly x-small, small and a few mediums and some petites. Shoes are also small, sizes 5 and 5 1/2. Some very nice new and like new shoes and boots. Name band, and these beautiful shoes leave me wishing I was a size 5. Tell you little footed friends they need to come to this sale. There are men’s cloths and shoes too. Mens cloths are large and x-large.
