I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.

Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

DONT FORGET THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE.

There is zero parking at the home. Parking will be at Ed Austin Park. Enter from McCormick Road, turn into park on Golf Drive W. At the stop sign, take a right. Wind around until you get to the parking lot of the first ball park on the left. Park there. From that parking lot, you will see the estate sale signs leading you through the park to the back entrance of the house. It is a little walk so please be prepared.

If you buy something big and need to load it, you will be given the address to pull around to the front to load.

This is a great sale with a lot of high end items, name brand furniture and decor.
