With all our Estate Sales, we pre-sell. We’re using the furniture to stage property therefore we can pre-sell the Lego city and a few other items, etc.

It sits on a 5.9 foot table and it’s 8 feet tall. It’s pretty amazing. Extraordinary. My client thought of everything. In the hotel there’s actually a Trump and Biden figurine. There’s a few sets in there, the restaurant, the spaceships, the car garage, coffeehouse, and 2 houses. 90% is custom build, pieces ordered individually. we are taking offers, but please do your due diligence in researching the cost for 1 million Lego bricks and many rare and unusual pieces
