I sympathetically work with those whom have lost loved ones as if they were my own. I also work with clients who are moving, downsizing, going through a divorce, insurance companies and attorney's. Upon request, we do complete clean up's and prepare the home or business for sale or rent. I have 25 years experience and I am a Certified Appraiser therefore I come with the knowledge and expertise necessary to achieve the highest prices based on current market value.
