-We do not hold items. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.
-Please provide adequate help for loading heavy and/or large items. We are not responsible for loading sold purchases. IF TIME ALLOWS, a separate pick-up time may be arranged (after payment).

This sale really does have something for everyone! There isn’t one thing that stands out. You will have fun picking at this one! As always, larger items will be priced, but we will be negotiating smaller items at the tables! Come make some deals!! All furniture is for sale in the house and can be sold pre-sale.
You can expect to find men’s and women’s clothes, golf clubs and golf accessories, Fine China sets, Vintage cameras, hats, knic-knacks, coolers, rocking chairs, stools, hurricane lamps, Crystal, vintage and antique furniture, TVs, wood sculptures, Hummels, vintage Pyrex, Vintage Corningware, tools, tool chests, drills, fridge, cleaning supplies, pots/pans, push mowers, drills, vintage Avon bottles, and anything else you can think of.
