-If you have a Resale Certificate and are tax exempt, a current copy must be provided at the time of the sale.
-All items are sold as is.
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns or refunds.
-We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo and Cashapp. -There is a 3% fee for card processing. Tap to Pay is available.
-We do not hold items unless they’ve sold pre-sale. All items for sale are first come, first served.
-We do not answer questions about prices of specific items before the sale, unless the item is for pre-sale. Larger items and multitudes of items subject to presale.
-Weaver Estate Sales is not responsible for any injuries or damages on property or to property.

This will be a one day sale only! It’s on the smaller side.
Come and get it from 10-2pm!
In this condo, you’ll find antique and vintage pottery(makers are in pics), wood furniture, sleeper sofas, dinette table and chairs, queen bed set, TVs, coolers, china cabinets/hutches and multiple other items. There is also a little bit of costume jewelry. Pics of that next week.
