This is a large spread out sale that will be held on two weekends. Weekend one will be a Barn that has been converted into a recording studio along with a garage building and shed full of tools along with many items on the property. The second weekend will be the house on the premises along with whatever is remaining from the previous weekend. There will be many more photos to come as we continue to set up the sale. Check back in the days to come for large updates. Please remember most of this is outside on this sale so it's going to be hot! Also there is no restroom available so please take that into consideration. Be ready to come out and have a great time for some great deals!
Update: We are continuing to bring out more inventory, there will also be some digging and picking to find some unpacked treasure. This rain has been quite a nuisance as this property is low lying so we highly suggest wearing appropriate Footwear, lots of low level flooding on this property and this rain does not seem like it's going to let up anytime soon.
