Hello Friends and Neighbors,
We are back in Md. thinking of you and how privileged we are to have had such wonderful friends. It has been a stressful month of packing up the Pensacola house, getting it ready for sale, but we DID IT! With the help of D & D Estate Sales we were able to sell off most of our possessions. If any of you are planning to downsize, move, or know of someone who is, let us recommend David and Dennis to you. They were professional, good humored throughout, and helpful far beyond their required duties. They did their prep work efficiently, pricing things as to their worth, and spent hours altering the house so as to best gain a customer "flow" during the two days of sales. When two of our precious items did not sell, they even repacked our "POD" TWICE to fit the items in. The day of the sale we came back a bit early to see David helping a neighbor carry a corner desk down the street to his home. They charged a fair 30% and presented us with a cashiers check within two days of the sale. We wish we had them here in Md. for when we have to downsize this house in the future. We feel we have not only found good people to work with, but have made two new friends.

I'm an attorney who handles a lot of probate matters. D and D recently did a sale for me on an estate I have in Escambia County. Everything about my dealing with them was good, beginning with Dennis being where he said he would be at the date and time he said he would be. They went the extra mile to ensure the success of the sale, and payment to me was prompt. Their fee is reasonable, and well earned. I would absolutely go back to them.
