We prefer cash purchases but should you need to use a card, a 3% surcharge will be applied.
I am a registered business in the State of Florida, therefore, I am required to collect and pay sales tax. If you have a tax exempt form, you will need to bring a copy for me to keep and present your ID that matches the name on the form.
Please bring help to carry and load your purchases because help may not be available. All purchases must be picked up prior to the end of the sale the day of purchase.

Lastly, I don’t want to put this but I need to. We are inviting you into the home of our client. We ask that you be respectful of the home, the neighbors, my helpers and myself. If you do not, you will be asked to leave so please conduct yourself accordingly.

This is a nice sale....
Outside items - A couple sets of nice outdoor chairs, a nice webber grill, and a few random tables and plants.
Living room - Ashley brand living room furniture with electric recline on all three pieces. The sofa, the loveseat and the recliner. Also in the living room, a large square wood and glass coffee table with drawers and two matching end tables. There is a great T.V. console carved front cabinet that is really nice. A lot of T.V.'s. I think the biggest is about 75".
Dining room - Round dining table with 6 upholstered chairs, it also has a beveled glass top. In that area there is also a buffet that has built in wine bottle holder and a sofa table. Don't forget the round yellow rug.
Master bedroom - beautiful king size bed frame and a king size Leesa Mattress and box spring in like new condition. Two matching night stands, a dresser with mirror and a chest of drawers. Large safe and lock box and a two drawer file cabinet in the closet. A corner desk, matching file cabinet along with an office chair and chair mat. This is the only bedroom set offered at this sale.
Kitchen - set of nice dishes and some very nice pots and pans. Lots of utensil items and drinking glasses. A tad of Christmas stuff and some crystal stuff.
Spare room - a two drawer file cabinet I believe matches the one in the master closet. And then there is a unique little cabinet with drawers down one side and a door on the other that is on wheels.
Front office - two office chairs, one is a Serta brand with pull out foot rest. About twelve computer monitors, two whole computers, see specs in last pictures. They are trading systems, 2 monitor holders (one holds 6 and the other holds two). A printer and lots of notebooks and staplers etc.
Laundry room - there are a lot of new cleaning products and several vacuums, steamers and sweepers. Flashlights, timers and batteries.
Garage - Refrigerator and box freezer. There are some lawn tools and hand tools. A pressure washer, chain saw, snorkel stuff, blowers, a great elliptical, two bicycles, a little Christmas, racks, mops, plant and orchid dirt, bike, some WD40 lol. (The cabinets in the garage are not for sale)
There is random pictures and decor items throughout. Some watches, cuff links, tie tacks, mens' shoes in 10 1/2 and mens cloths. Women's shoes are a size 5 or 5 1/2.
