This will be a two-part sale. Many of the larger pieces are being used for staging, and we will hold an additional sale once the home is under contract.

As with all of our sales, we offer presales on larger items. If you see something of interest, please send me a screenshot and we will arrange a presale date. On the last day, everything will be 50% off, except for items of market value.

The streets are narrow, so please park on only one side of the road to ensure access for emergency vehicles and residents.
