Friday - PRICES ARE FIRM! - We do accept bids for furniture and other high dollar items.
Saturday - 50% Discount on all purchases.
All items are sold as-is and FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.
Please do not call for measurements. We are not responsible for any accidents or loss or damage of personal items.
Large items must be picked up no later than the end of the sale.
Please make arrangements to have someone help load large items.
We will not be able to load or move the merchandise. Buyer is responsible to load, pad or tie down the item(s).
