Transitional Care Movers is a family owned and operated Senior Move Management Company that serves individuals in Central Florida with moving from one home to another. We specialize in assisting older adults and their families when relocating to a new residence, assisted living community, a memory care or continuing care retirement community. Such a transition can be emotionally and physically difficult. Our staff will help make the transition as smooth and care free as possible.
We can handle all aspects of the move for you so you don’t have to. Our services range from sorting and organizing to packing and unpacking to last, but not least, handling the estate sale once the client has moved out of the home.
We also work with Trustees, Personal Representatives, Realtors, Attorneys, and Financial Advisors to ensure a safe move or for the preparation of the sale of a residence. We will take photos of the household items located in the home and receive an appraisal of valuables and collections. In addition, we can help with home staging for the sale of the home and advertise to sell the contents of the home.
