Cash, Checks (local only) and Credit Card/Debit Cards. All card transactions will be charged a 3% processing Fee.
Sales tax of 7% is added to all purchases.

**THIS IS A ONE DAY SALE, pricing will be as marked for the duration of the sale.
**There will be no discount time offered, although all bids and reasonable offers may be considered.
**Bids are always accepted for any items valued at $100 or greater.

All items are sold as-is and FINAL. Please make sure to check your items and ensure they work BEFORE you make a purchase.
No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions!

All items are offered on a first come basis. We are not able to schedule viewings prior to the sale opening.
PRE-SALES are not offered for any items.

We are not responsible for any accidents or loss or damage of personal items.
Large items must be picked up no later than the end of the sale.
Please make arrangements to have someone help load large items.
We will not be able to load or move the merchandise. Buyer is responsible to load, pad or tie down the item(s).
