-We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards with proper ID. There is a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please)

Please Note: We are UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE regarding specific items at each estate sale, such as PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY. Thank you for your understanding on this matter.

-All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds and No Returns Please understand and check your items. -We do not plug every item in nor start every item, it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it. Thank you.

**This sale WILL NOT ALLOW personal or shopping bags into the store at this time, we will provide baskets or clear bags at the front for shopping.

-Please bring help to move your items. We will be busy assisting customers and can not assist with heavy lifting and loading.

-We are not liable for accidents that occur in the residence.

-Stealing will not be tolerated, and authorities will be notified.
