ALL SALES ARE FINAL – It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items they are buying. SALES TAX & CARD FEES: We charge the standard sales tax of the county the sale is held — as well as a 3% credit-card or debit card fee. We accept CASH, Cash Apps (Venmo, Zelle) and CARDS. We do not accept checks.

MOVING FURNITURE: Bring your help. We are NOT able to assist in the moving/loading of items. If you or your movers damage the home while removing an item(s), you are responsible for repairs. COMPASSIONATE TRANSITION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES or ACCIDENTS WHILE ON THE PREMISES.

WHEN BUYING LARGE ITEMS — make sure you let someone know so they can place a hold on the item you wish to purchase that day. If you purchase an item and wish to pick it up later, you must pick up the item by the last day of the sale. All purchased items not picked up by the end of the estate sale will become the property of the homeowner.

PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL of home. We ask that you put things back if you decide not to purchase them. Please always keep KIDS with you.

RESPECT ANY TAPED -OFF AREAS/OBJECTS: Certain areas will be designated by tape as OFF LIMITS. Do not violate the OFF- LIMIT areas. Sold items are indicated by signs or tape with SOLD on them. Those caught removing tape, or going into a taped off area, will be banned from this and future sales.

Please leave your back packs and large bags at home or in car. We WON'T allow large bags unless they are empty to start and emptied when checking out. We encourage open boxes and clear bags. THEFT: We will prosecute thieves.

PARKING — Please obey parking regulations of the neighborhood where the sale is being held. Do not block driveways or mailboxes. Understand that you will be ticketed if parked illegally.

LOADING –The driveway will be for LOADING ONLY. Do not BLOCK driveway where the estate sale is taking place.
